Pre-Order Shipping Policy

At Stay-A-Day, some of our rugs are offered on a pre-order basis to ensure you can secure your item before it becomes available.

Payment
Full payment is required at the time your pre-order is placed. Your order will begin processing once payment has been received.

Estimated Shipping Time
Pre-order rugs are expected to ship within 3–4 weeks from the date your order is placed. These timeframes are estimates only and may vary due to manufacturing, supplier, or shipping delays beyond our control.

Shipping Confirmation
Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with your tracking information (where available).

Orders Containing Pre-Order Items
If your order includes both pre-order and in-stock items, your order may be shipped together once all items are available, unless otherwise stated.

Delays
While we make every effort to meet estimated shipping dates, delays can occasionally occur. We appreciate your patience and will keep you informed of any significant changes to your order.

Cancellations
If you wish to cancel your pre-order, please contact us as soon as possible. Once your order has been processed or shipped, it may no longer be eligible for cancellation. Please refer to our Returns Policy for information regarding returns and refunds.
